and Tenants. Owners can see the activity on their accounts daily online,  where you can  also download
statements and invoices.
We have partnered with so tenants can pay their rent online and also build their credit, Tenants
may  also submit work orders online.

Dee Dee Hulverson, Broker/Owner

I have been in the property management business for over 20 yrs. Deciding I did not like the way Owners and Tenants
were being treated I decided to open my own business in 2006. I love getting new owners and tenants whom were
referred by satisfied customers. I strive to operate my business with INTEGRITY being our main objective.
I have 2 grown sons and 13 grandchildren. Since they all live out of state I enjoy visiting and then coming back home to
our 6 dogs (2 are special needs, diaper babies) and one mini pig.  My husband of  40 years, Mike, had the faith in me
to push me into opening my own business and thankfully he shares my compassion for animals.

Michelle Miller, Office Manager

I am an Arizona native, born and raised in Casa Grande. I graduated from Casa Grande Union High School in 2000 and
attended Central Arizona Community College, Arizona State University and University of Phoenix before getting my
Arizona Real Estate License in 2011. I am currently pursuing my broker’s license. I have been in property management
for 11 years, and of those, 8 years with Integrity Plus.
I enjoy being involved within the community. I am an active volunteer within the McCartney Ranch, Parent Teacher
Organization (PTO), serving as President (2014-2015) and Treasurer (2015-2016).
Aside from my professional and volunteer work, I am a loving mother of 3 and wife to a successful local business
